Our SENTIR bumper safety contact bumpers are designed to protect people from moving or pivoting parts of machines, vehicles, or automated systems. In the event of a collision, the bumper deforms and triggers a switching signal that, depending on the application, causes the movement to stop immediately or slow down. The bumpers are made of shock-absorbing foam with a durable synthetic leather cover or, optionally, an NBR rubber coating. They are available in various sizes and shapes, are weather-resistant, and are suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
SENTIR bumper Safety contact bumpers are particularly suitable for large areas that need to be reliably secured – e.g. on machine systems, ground support equipment (GSE) or hangar doors.
