Today marks the start of the new trainees and interns at ASO – and we couldn’t be happier to fill this year’s positions with such motivated and committed young talents.
After being welcomed by the trainers and management, everyone sat down together for pizza, giving them the opportunity to get to know each other and make initial contacts. The teams then competed against each other in our ASO rally – a fun way to promote team spirit and cohesion.
Afterwards, we equipped our new trainees with safety shoes before they started their six-week production run. There, they will get to know our products and employees step by step and gain practical insight into the processes at ASO.
We are delighted to welcome Felix Figgener (industrial clerk), Lia Krikoun (technical product designer), Mohammad Musadiq Niazi (electronics technician for devices and systems) and Dana Pilot (commercial intern) to our company.
